What’s the minimum order quantity?
Made-to-order runs typically start from around 50 pieces per style. Smaller standard orders will be available through our online shop. For exact minimums on a specific garment, just ask in your quote request.
Do you supply with our logo?
Yes — branding is core to what we do. We embroider or print your logo on any garment, advise on placement and colours, and produce a pre-production sample for your approval before the full run.
How long does an order take?
Lead times depend on the garments, quantities and branding, and the destination. We confirm a firm timeline with every quote so you can plan around it. Typical ranges to be confirmed
Do you ship to Europe and the Gulf?
Yes. We supply businesses across the European Union and the GCC, with logistics arranged for both regions. Delivery costs and duties are set out clearly in your quote.
What sizes do you offer?
Our garments run XS to 6XL depending on the style, in men’s, women’s and unisex fits. We can provide a size chart and, where needed, a sizing set so your team can confirm fits before bulk production.
Can we order samples first?
Yes. We recommend approving a pre-production sample — including your branding — before any bulk order. It’s the best way to guarantee the final result matches your expectations.
How do we pay?
Bulk orders are handled by quote and invoice. Standard items in the online shop will support card payment at checkout. Payment methods to be finalised
What about reorders?
We keep your specifications on file — garments, colours, sizes and branding — so repeat orders match your previous run exactly, with one account contact handling it.
